October 10th is observed to raise awareness of mental health issues
Taking care of your health is something that’s easy to overlook in our busy lives these days, along with the added uncertainty we can feel during these times of COVID-19, politics, and just life in general.
Along with our physical health, we should also strive to make mental health a priority. That’s why we’d like to take a moment to bring attention to today, October 10, 2020, observed as World Mental Health Day by the World Health Organization.

- Take care of your body.
- Take a deep breath, stretch or mediate
- Connect with others
- Exercise regularly, get plenty of sleep
