VANCOUVER — In an effort to be more easily accessible to the citizens she serves, Rep. Vicki Kraft announced today (Tue., Oct. 22) she has opened a new 17th District legislative office in Vancouver.
“I’m excited we have a district office locally in Vancouver when the Legislature is not in session so that it is more convenient for the citizens of the 17th District to talk with me,” said Kraft, R-Vancouver. “Listening to constituent questions, comments and concerns helps me to do a better job of representing them.”
The office is located in the New Traditions Home building at 11815 N.E. 113th Street (corner of Highway 503 and 113th Street) in Vancouver. The entrance is to the right of Creative Interiors and Design. Inside the entrance, Kraft’s office is the second door on the left (Suite 110).
The district office phone number is (360) 258-1466. Office hours are: Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m.–7 p.m., and Thursdays from 9 a.m.–6 p.m. During the interim, the office is closed on Fridays. The office is staffed by Kraft’s legislative assistant, Patty Daniells.
Kraft noted the district office will temporarily close during the 2020 legislative session, which begins Jan. 13 and is scheduled for 60 days. During that time, you can visit her office in Olympia. The Olympia office phone number is (360) 786-7994.
“Now that the 17th District office is open in Vancouver, I hope to connect with more citizens about legislative issues involving state government,” said Kraft.
