Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports four teenagers apparently suffered overdoses on Friday
An investigation is underway after three teenagers were found unconscious in a driveway and yard, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
A fourth teenager was brought to a hospital by a parent or guardian hours later, according to a press release issued at 12:55 p.m. Friday.
All four of the teenagers required hospital care. Investigators suspect the teenagers overdosed.
“The Sheriff’s Office conducted an exhaustive search of the area where the teens were found and no additional teens were discovered in distress,” according to the press release issued Friday afternoon. “The local high school has been cooperative in reaching out to make sure their students are all accounted for. At this time we do not believe we are missing anyone. We will not be releasing the names of the teenagers.”
No additional details were provided in the press release, which noted it is still an active investigation.
