VANCOUVER – City of Vancouver Utility Services has new phone hours for call-in customers.
The Utility’s customer service phone lines at (360) 487-7999 are staffed from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; and from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday. Starting today, the office will be unavailable to phone calls between noon and 1 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Water, sewer and stormwater customers needing help during the noon hour will continue to have a variety of options for connecting with a customer service representative and managing their accounts.
Customer service representatives are available to assist walk-in customers and respond to emails during the noon hour and regular business hours. In addition, bill payments can be made online or by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using the Utility’s online services.
The Utility is continuing to improve online solutions, and has expanded options in recent months to include the ability to stop and/or start residential water and sewer services. Online services, including account information and bill payments, can be accessed through the webpage at www.cityofvancouver.us/AtYourService.
