The Clark County Council decided to update its weekly schedule in an effort to accommodate an increase in scheduled meetings and provide consistency for attendees.
The council will still hold work sessions beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays. However, the council time meeting that usually begins immediately after the work sessions will now begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesdays. This updated schedule begins the week of Oct. 9.
The council hearing schedule will remain the same with hearings taking place at 10 a.m. on the first and fourth Tuesdays and 6 p.m. on the third Tuesdays. An optional time for additional hearings, if needed, is 1 p.m. on the second Tuesday.
All public meetings, hearings, work sessions and council time meetings are held in a hybrid format with in-person and virtual attendance options. Information on how to attend or participate in council meetings is on the county website at https://clark.wa.gov/councilors/council-meeting-information. Meeting agendas and archives are available at https://clark.wa.gov/councilors/clark-county-council-meetings.
