The Parklands at Camas Meadows
VANCOUVER — After a 12-year absence, the Parade of Homes is returning to Clark County’s east side.
The Parklands at Camas Meadows will boast up to 14 entries, featuring all homes surpassing the $1 million price point for the first time in the event’s history.
The Parklands at Camas Meadows offers luxury golf course and green space living in the desirable Camas School District with shopping, amenities and quick access to Highway 14 nearby. When fully built out, the development will feature 42 single-family residential lots and five commercial buildings.
The 90,000 square feet of commercial space will be called The Archery and one multi-use building will include 24 living units on the top floor.
“This installment of SW Washington’s premier home show is really going to wow our attendees,” shared Tony Curtis, incoming vice president of the BIA. “It’s going to be a great opportunity for our members to showcase their creativity on these spectacular custom home projects!”
Builders are in the process of reserving lots at this time. An official groundbreaking ceremony will be scheduled for January. Any builder interested in participating should contact BIA Events Director Danielle Kilian (360) 694-0933 / danielle@biaofclarkcounty.org.
