Hiring event to be held at ilani Casino

Gaming and dining destination in need of restaurant workers

Those seeking employment in the food service industry can take advantage of a hiring event next week at ilani.

The gaming and dining destination in Ridgefield is seeking to fill a variety of restaurant positions at Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse, Line and Lure Seafood Kitchen and Tap, as well as fill positions for two new restaurants which will be opening soon, coinciding with the latest expansion of the property.

There will be a 14-story hotel in the long-term future at ilani, and the casino is expanding in the short-term, as well. There is a hiring event on May 11 for food service industry workers for restaurants that are operating now and for a couple that are opening soon. Photo courtesy ilani.

The hiring event will run from noon to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 11.

Interviews will be held, and ilani will be making same-day job offers, the casino noted in a press release.

The restaurants are looking for: servers, bartenders, hosts, food runners/bussers, sous chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.

“Applicants should be energetic, outgoing, and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays,” the press release noted.

The resort celebrates its team members with appreciation days, birthday celebrations, and other events. Team members receive a “comprehensive benefits package” that includes employer-provided meals, free training, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Those interested are encouraged to apply online at: ilaniresort.com/hiringevent or call 1-877-GO-ilani to schedule an appointment.

Walk-in applicants are also welcome with a resume in hand.
