Area residents invited to experience the finest in new home construction Oct. 3-4 & 10-11
VANCOUVER – The Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) recently announced the opening weekend of the Fall NW Natural New Homes Tour. The tour will occur the first two weekends of October and will offer attendees the chance to visit the hottest new homes featuring natural gas fixtures in Clark County.
With 11 homes representative of 11 different builders, various home styles – ranging in price from the $400,000’s and exceeding $1 million – can be viewed. Homes can be previewed via the show guide available online at www.TheNewHomesTour.com. Houses are open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day and admission is free for all ages.
Due to COVID-19, some builders are requiring an appointment to be made in advance. Those interested are encouraged to visit the website for updates and to book an appointment. If attending in-person, attendees are asked to view the COVID-19 Safety Tips online. A maximum of five people will be allowed in each home during any one time and face masks are required.
For those not wanting to attend in-person, the BIA is offering virtual tours of some of the homes. Virtual tours and Meet the Builder videos will be available for viewing Oct. 3.
Attendees are urged to vote for their favorite homes in the following categories for $599,999 and below and $600,000 and above: Best Kitchen, Most Livable Floor Plan, and Best of Show. Voting will be conducted online and opens Oct. 3 at 11 a.m.
