Ad attempts to expose Democrat Marie Gluesenkamp Perez’s radical open borders record
WASHINGTON – The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) today (Sept. 17) released the first TV ad in Washington’s 3rd Congressional district exposing extreme Democrat Marie Gluesenkamp Perez’s radical open borders record.
Marie Gluesenkamp Perez claimed that “nobody stays awake at night worrying about the southern border” and voted against securing the border even as fentanyl overdoses in the 3rd district surged 500 percent in recent years.
The spending comes as part of the NRCC’s previously-announced advertising reservation, which included a significant investment in southwest Washington.

SCRIPT:
Marie Gluesenkamp Perez has ignored our border crisis
“Listen, like, nobody stays awake at night worrying about the southern border”
Perez isn’t worried?
That’s where the flood of fentanyl is coming from
And it’s killing our kids
But Perez sleeps easy in D.C.
While overdoses here skyrocket
“Listen, like, nobody stays awake at night worrying about the southern border”
Marie Gluesenkamp Perez won’t fix this
She’s too busy denying it
The ad was paid for by the NRCC and not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.
